Pricing (Foxborough Nursery sells Wholesale to the Trade Only!)

• Prices herein are for the trade and cancel all previous prices offered by us.
• Prices are based on present conditions and subject to change without notice.

 

               

Terms and Conditions

• Prices listed are net cash F.O.B., Street, Maryland.
• To those with established credit, we extend our regular terms of 30 days.  All first time orders will be C.O.D.
• For an account to be current, all balances are to be paid in full within 30 days of invoice date.
• Accounts must be current before new orders will be acknowledged.
• Payment must be postmarked on or before the due date.
• All past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month (18% annually).
• Payments will be posted to any outstanding finance charges and the oldest invoice first.
• Orders, other than C.O.D., will not be acknowledged or confirmed without a signed credit application on file.
• All orders are booked subject to crop shortages.
• Due to unavoidable causes beyond our control, we reserve the right to refund all or any part of payments made under such conditions.
• All claims for damages and deficiencies must be made in writing, upon your receipt of stock, within 5 days of delivery date.
• Individual tagging of plant material or use of seals is not permitted.
• We use the greatest care to keep our varieties true-to-name and will replace all stock that may prove otherwise, or refund up to the price paid.

 

 Sales Tax

• In accordance with Maryland Sales and Use Tax, we are required to collect a 6% tax on all gross sales made in Maryland, unless one of the following exemption certificates is supplied: Maryland Resale Certificate, Exempt Use Certificate or Exempt Organization Certificate.
• The Maryland State Law requires us to presume all sales are taxable unless a Maryland exempt status is established.
• In accordance with state law, all COD purchases of less than $200 must be charged sales tax.
• Deliveries to out-of-state customers are non-taxable.
• All merchandise picked up or delivered within Maryland is taxable.
• Out-of-state purchasers can obtain a Maryland Exemption Certificate by registering with the Maryland Tax Bureau.
• An application can be accessed at www.marylandtaxes.com, then click on Business Registration.
• We cannot accept sales tax exemption certificates from other states.

Shipping & Pickup Procedures

• We offer limited area delivery service with a minimum order required. 
• Common carrier long distance combination shipping can be arranged. 
• All common carrier freight must be paid C.O.D.
• Orders can be picked up, by appointment, during regular business hours:

8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• No pick-ups noon to 1 p.m.
